Caitlin Rodriguez
Caitlin Rodriguez, the first European Show Dance Champion from Gibraltar, brings a wealth of international experience and passion to her new dance school. Her dance career began at the age of 13 when she was scouted by Lupien from The Next Step, leading her to move to Canada and train at the prestigious Canadian Dance Company. Over three years, she honed her skills across multiple dance styles, including jazz, contemporary, lyrical, tap, hip hop, ballroom, and acrobatics.
During her time in Canada, Caitlin competed at major U.S. dance competitions, including earning a spot as a finalist at, one of the most competitive platforms for young dancers - The Dance Awards. Her exceptional talent and dedication led to her acceptance into the Mather Dance Company – Bridge to the Industry program, where she gained invaluable experience working with cameras, building a professional portfolio, and mastering the art of interviews and headshots. She was also selected for the Mather Dance Company Competition Team, further solidifying her place among elite dancers.
Living in Los Angeles for one year, Caitlin trained under world-renowned choreographers, gaining unique insights into the professional dance world—an experience she is now excited to bring to Gibraltar. Since returning home, she has already made a mark by helping choreograph pieces that have achieved success on the world stage.
With a mission to inspire the next generation of dancers, Caitlins new dance school offers world-class training, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to learn from someone who has experienced the global dance industry firsthand. Whether students dream of competing internationally or dancing for fun, her vision is to provide a space where every dancer can thrive, grow, and believe in their potential.
Louise Britto
Louise Britto, a distinguished athlete and performer from Gibraltar, who has carved a remarkable path in both rhythmic gymnastics and dance. With her exceptional talent, unwavering dedication, and passion for movement, Louise has achieved extraordinary success and continues to inspire others with her versatility and artistry.
From a young age, Louise excelled in rhythmic gymnastics, a sport that demands grace, flexibility and precision. She was trained by a former Olympic gymnast and quickly rose through the ranks, representing Gibraltar on national and international stages with poise and confidence, where she ended up being a British Gymnastics finalist. In addition to her success in gymnastics, Louise discovered her love for dance, seamlessly transitioning her athletic skills into the world of performing arts. Her background in rhythmic gymnastics provided her with a strong foundation of flexibility, strength and musicality, allowing her to excel in a wide range of dance styles.
Louise’s dance career has been equally impressive. She has competed on some of the world’s biggest dance stages, where she has become a finalist at both the World championships and European Championships in dance. Her performances have earned her recognition for their artistry, technical skill, and emotional depth.
Louise has also pursued qualifications in Acrobatic Arts, further expanding her repertoire and enhancing her performance capabilities. This expertise in acrobatics has enabled her to incorporate dynamic and visually stunning elements into her dance routines, earning her additional recognition in both the gymnastics and dance communities.
Beyond competition, Louise has contributed to her community by sharing her knowledge and passion for rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatics and dance. She has been teaching in these crafts for 7 years now and has mentored young athlete and dancers, fostering a love for movement and helping them achieve their own goals. Her commitment to excellence, combined with her kind and supportive nature, has made her a beloved figure in Gibraltar’s gymnastics and dance communities.
